Large Ansonia Mercury Hermes Figural Japanese Bronze Mantel Table

This is one of Ansonia’s larger figural mantel clocks depicting Hermes or Mercury in very good Japanese finish. This is the larger figure with the Roman style base. It’s a combination that I have not seen, and I believe it to be original. The dial is very good with no noticeable issues and this one uses the more desirable, pierced brass hands. I don’t notice anything missing and Mercury’s wings are present and not repaired. The clock will be dismantled for shipping. It will require re-assembly and set up so it’s being sold for restoration. I don’t think your going to find one with a finish this good and of this size. It’s priced to sell so don’t miss it.
