This vintage clock from Germany is a stunning piece with a lot of character. It has a spring power source, and a black forest Kern und Söhne part and tool. The clock features a 400-day anniversary clock type with brass frame and finish. It has an analog display type and comes with a glass dome. This antique clock would make a great addition to any room and is in excellent working condition. The clock has been tested and is an original from Germany, manufactured in the 1950s.
The KS inside the circle on the back plate in the lower left hand corner indicates this is a Kern und Söhne.
They produced torsion clocks from 1937 into the 1980’s.
This one looks to be from the 50s.
