It is in good condition with some signs of age/use. It appears fully functional but is missing 4 top screws to keep the lid on. It may need to be serviced but it appears to work correctly. The lever on the bottom starts and stops the spinner on the bottom that runs the clock. The clock hands move as they should.
It comes exactly as pictured. It does have some minor wear so see all photos before buying. It will be packaged very well and double boxed for shipping and ship with insurance and signature required.
