I purchased numerous of these over the years - I make sure they run well prior to listing.  I ran this one for two weeks and it did not stop.  You do need to make sure that the center whell is balanced with the rod coming down in the center.  The crome is in what I would call a 9.5 out of 10.  There are a few scrapes but minor compared to what I have seen.  Please look at pictures and Video  There is a plaque that was taken off - the two mounting hols can be seen - this is common if you look at other listings.  Please, have knowledge about how to run these and /or watch videos on line on how to start and set these.  This is a no return unless not as advertised.  Trust me I have run this with no issues - make sure it is balanced and you should be good to go!
