Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos 519 Brass Mantel Clock Swiss Switzerland

Vintage LeCoultre Atmos Caliber 519 clock. It was professionally serviced by a jeweler about 5 years ago, who said "it keeps decent time." Interpret that at your own peril, but I would assume it is not perfect. I have not attempted to time it myself to check the severity. There is a screw taped to the top that he couldn't figure out where it went during re-assembly. There are some small spots of corrosion, some discoloration to various parts of the brass, the face has some pitting. The outside could use a fresh cleaning, as I am too scared of using the wrong chemicals and doing some kind of damage.
