Howard Miller Dual Chime Medford Mantel Clock 612-481 USA Cherry Finish.  Condition is "pre-owned".  There are some handling imperfections ie scuffs, nicks, & chip, but overall very serviceable pre-owned condition.  Clips on the adjustment panel have broke, but works nonetheless.  Tested and works.  Batteries included!  Please see attached photos of item condition, and ask questions before committing to purchase.
