House Miniatures Collectors Series Grandfather Clock not from kit

Dollhouse Miniature  1:12 Scale House of Miniatures / X-acto Collectors Series Furniture #55018 William & Mary Tall Case Clock This is for  a dollhouse miniature  grandfather clock that is very well made (not from a kit- professionally finished)  by the Collectors Series by House of Miniatures .  It has the original sticker on the bottom of it.  The clock is non-working.  Clock face has glass or plexi over it for protection.   Some of the clock metal parts inside have some discoloration/ aging, but they are the ones inside the clock door.  One of the chains inside was reglued at the top (see photo of inside clock).   Wouldn't even be noticed when clock door is closed.    Box has some age/wear from storage/ age, etc.  Clock is about 7 1/8" tall.  See photos with ruler for approximate sizing.  Includes the clock and box only. This miniature collectors item is intended for adult collectors only  - not for children.
