Hapeanker Westminster German Art Deco Mantle Clock

Hapeanker Westminster mantle or shelf clock made in Germany.  I do not know anything about this clock. It appears to be in pretty good condition other than a few dings and scratches and part of the line of gold trim along the front is missing.  It measures 26 inches wide x 10 inches tall as is 9 inches in depth.  I am selling this for parts or repair as I have not tested it fully.  It does chime and sounds beautiful, but I don't know if it fully functions properly.  Please examine photos closely as I do not accept returns.
