Pre-owned. Good condition with no chips or cracks. Unbranded from Germany. The interior components and pendulum are made of plastic so this isn't a high end clock and was probably a gift shop clock from a trip to Germany. It's still a very pretty little clock to display measuring 7.25" tall. It takes a single AA battery not included. Made of white porcelain with colorful flowers and a glass dome. I do not think this item is vintage.
