Vtg Kundo Kieninger & Obergffell Electronic Skeleton Mantle Clock

Kundo Kieninger & Obergfell Vintage Skeleton Mantle Clock Brass Finish is discolored 7 1/2 inches tall x 5 1/2 inches wide x 2 inches deep FOR PARTS OR REPAIR, NOT WORKING I am not an expert in clocks. I believe everything is intact and included. With some TLC it might be good to go. The pendulum seems to be up against the hollow drum but???? It worked fine years ago, put a battery in but nothing.
