This is a German wall clock made by Mauthe. The case is quarter sawn oak and has a great Arts and Craft era look. It’s mostly complete but untested. I notice that the side panels are missing and the movement is pretty dirty. The clock was wound and the the springs did not slip. When the hands were cycled the chimes activated, but were sluggish. I did not check to see if it would stay running. It’s a clock with great patina and a signed dial, and it’s very restorable. It’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!
