Fine Antique French Cloisonne Champleve Crystal Regulator Clock 19th

Great Antique French 19th Century Cloisonne Champleve Crystal Regulator Clock, in Fully Working Condition Ornate clock in good condition. The ornate hand painted porcelain dial is excellent, just a tiny chip at the regulator rod hole (see the last photo) and a tiny scratch slightly below the center. French cloisonne is highly valued by collectors. The movement is fairly clean, strikes perfectly and runs well. It is an 8-day movement, striking hours on the hour and once on half hour. I will include a key. Pictures speak for themselves, but do let me know if you have any additional questions. The clock measures 11" (28cm) high. Like all pendulum-based clocks (and especially so for the crystal regulators), the pendulum has to be properly balanced after shipping for the clock to run. Another high end crystal regulator clock was sold by me on eBay about a year and a half ago. After shipping it to UK, it got stuck in customs and, with no explanation whatsoever, after a month, was shipped back to me. Unfortunately, because of this, I will no longer mail expensive clocks to UK using U.S. Mail. If you are in UK, please contact me first, as I may have to ship it using a different and more expensive service. I am not doing any business, buying or selling, with anyone residing in Russia until Russia withdraws from Ukraine, no exceptions. I am not a clock dealer - I am a clock collector and a member of NAWCC. I currently have more than 200 clocks and I keep buying more, so I have to sell some. I would be selling many more if I had the time to list them...
