ENFIELD CLOCK CO. LONDON ENGLAND GRANDFATHER CLOCK BRITISH MADE GONG, 8 CHIME RODS, EARLY 1900’s, 26 ¼ INCH LONG, ANTIQUE (EL). This piece was removed from an ANTIQUE ENFIELD GRANDFATHER CLOCK MOVEMENT (dated before company became SMITH ENFIELD). The longest chime rod is 26 ¼ inch long & the shortest is 17 3/8 inches. The cast iron chime base is marked BRITISH MADE GONG on the iron (see pics). It also comes with the original flat head screws for mounting. Some light surface rust on rods, NO breaks, NO bends.
