Orange button turns Lamp light on and off. Only problems is sometimes you have to hit the orange button a couple of times to get it to turn on/off.
Approx Measurements:
15.25" Tall x 9.5" Wide
Good Preowned condition. There is some blue paint on the end of the plug. Doesn't affect the Lamp. It is not on the prongs.
