Olympia Info Globe Digital Caller ID OL3000 Discovery Channel.  Plugged it in and it was working just showed battery was low since I don't have fresh batteries and don't have a house phone to hook it up to that way.  Comes with dome, plastic bag it was in, ac adapter wall plug and phone connector.  Batteries not included.  Sold as is.  No returns.
