Can the projection brightness be adjusted?
Yes. From Nov. 2022, we upgraded the projector part with a projection dimmer. Now it can be adjusted from level 1 to level 5 to meet various needs.
How can I get the projection on the ceiling to stop showing the time backwards?
After you turn on the projection of the projection alarm clock, if the projection on the ceiling shows the time backwards, you could just press "projection on/fug/off" button once again to flip the projection time
How do I get rid of the big lighted circle around the time projected on the ceiling. It’s way too bright.
According to many customers' feedback, if you adjust the projector brightness to level 2 or 3, it will realize a great display effect. If you have done it but still too bright, just let us know. We will replace it for you.
Does the clock automatically adjust for Daylight saving time
he Daylight Saving time function is set manually by pressing and holding the DIMMER/DST button to add an hour on display or cancel it.
The projection doesn't focus on the one I got today. Any solution?
Please kindly rotate the focus ring of the projection to adjust the clarity of the projection image on the ceiling.
