WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED - We use quality packaging to keep our clocks safe during shipping and include an extra set of hands with each open face clock just in case. Try these ideas first if you need support. Clock Set Up & Use Guide: Install a new fresh battery with a full charge, instead of an old or used battery, to ensure your clock's movement is fully powered. Check if the metal prongs in the battery case are touching both ends of the battery and carefully angle them outward if needed. If the hands are crossing or touching, adjust them by slightly bending them from the front or rotating them with the dial on the back. Make sure that the center pin that holds the hands together is firmly pushed in or screwed on, depending on the style. If the hands are still not moving after the above, please reference the hands replacement instructions included with all of our open face clocks.
