Man in the moon in good detail - eyes, nose and somewhat smiling mouth, he even has wrinkles around his eye. The crescent moon has 'moon craters' and the rim of the crescent moon pewter is kind of notched to give a little shine. The clock does have a new battery. The face of the clock has roman numerals and printed on the face is "spoontiques" and "Japan movt". There is a sweeping second hand. The design is about 14 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide. Depth of the base is about 1". The base is imprinted "Spoontiques" with the copyright sign, and, also, the number "7589" "Pewter". Great little clock! Any questions? Please just send me a message.
