NEW heavy duty pendulum drive unit. Will drive smaller grandmother size pendulums up to large grandfather clock movement. Convert a mechanical grandfather clock to battery power by using this unit to drive the pendulum and a quartz battery movement to run the time and / or chimes. Runs on a D cell battery (alkaline recommended).
Dimensions: 8 3/8" high x 3" wide x 2 1/8" deep. Pre-drilled mounting holes for mounting inside your clock case.
Requires a depth of about 2 1/4". This unit will drive a pendulum up to 42" in length and a 10 1/2" diameter bob.
Battery holder mounts separately. Measures 2 7/8" x 1 1/2" x 1" deep. 14" leads.
