Chinese bracket clock. Detailed timepiece with rosewood inlaid shell. Clock has a double fusees time and strike trains. Movement is a crown wheel with sweep second hand. The clock ticks and strikes at the hour, unknown if it keeps time or keeps running overtime as I tested it short term 3 hours. The movement seems to be well built with heavy brass plates. Clock case with sliding doors, front and back top down. In good condition. Glass, dial, wood , all in good condition. The clock comes with matching stand in good condition. See pictures as they are part of the listing. Previous owner -> Unknown origin, probably Qing Dynasty period circa 1800s. Not 100% sure. Must ship in 2 boxes , if not movement will destroy the case. Approximate size is 14 inches x 9.5 x 8 inches at base. Make a fair offer. Ready to go. No key. —> Most clocks need service / adjustments after shipping and hanging. They need to be put in beat. Please consider this when buying an antique clock.
