In used condition, as shown. This item is from the clean estate of a clock repair enthusiast.  He was very detailed in his labeling. However, the label information is unverified.  Please review the label close ups and measurements in the photos before purchasing. The measurement in the title is based on the longest rod, measured through to the base of the block. We have quite a few items from the same estate if you would like to check our other listings.
