Chelsea Ships Bell - "U.S Maritime Commission"

I had this clock rebuilt by a reputable clock man.  The "total rebuild" included rebuild of platform and disassembly, clean, reassembly and lubrication.  There is significant wear to the the strike count he tells me. The radium was removed and replace by a modern luminescent paint.  Key included although it is not pictured.  I can give you other photos if you want and can also give you info on the chimes if you tell me what to listen for.
