Chelsea U.S. Navy Deck Mark I Deck Clock 1940! Working! With Key!

Up for auction: Chelsea U.S. Navy Deck Mark I Deck Clock 1940! Working condition.  Has Key. (SEE PICS) We've checked the second timer and the actual minute and hour hand and it functions properly. Over a 24 hour period it runs approx 1 minute fast. The only area we may not be able to describe accurately is the face.  The piece that protects the dial and hands does not seat properly.  SEE PICS.  A fellow Pricetronicer described the piece as being glass, but our item does not feel or appear to be glass.  Guessing it is plastic.  The material of the clocks appears to be a non metal and a fellow Pricetronicer also helped us identify it as possibly being bakelite. We feel our listing is accurate based on the pictures alone.  We have tested it's functionality and it works as a clock should. Thank you for looking. Seems to be harder to find date.
