This listing is for a Cartier clock in good vintage condition. These originally came in 1977 - 1979 Lincoln Town cars. There's some light rust/pitting but overall it's in good condition. The numbers turn freely, and they will go up one minute at a time. I'm not sure if there's a way to adjust the hour independently though. It has part of the original circuit tracing on back, and there is a bulb inside.
