This is a Brookstone iDesign Cube Clock with iPod docking station. It was purchased in 2014 (I think) and was used daily for several years. It's still in great working order (see video) as an alarm clock and iPod player.
It measures 6" x 6" x 4" (so not exactly a cube) and comes with the power cord. I believe it also has a battery -- I briefly unplugged it to take pictures and it kept the time without needing me to reset.)
