Atomic Radio Controlled Clock Movement 1/4" Dial Quartex Self Setting

NEW radio controlled battery powered clock movement made by Quartex.  Considered the world's most accurate clock movement.  Atomic Clock Movements automatically synchronize with the official US time in Fort Collins, Colorado up to five times per day. Radio controlled clock movements are the most accurate clocks available. The standard movement contains a miniaturized radio receiver that searches for the low frequency time signal that broadcasts from the NIST radio station WWVB. Radio control clocks also set themselves for Daylight Saving Time assuring you that you have the correct time every time. Use radio controlled clock movements in your next project, or replace your old quartz motors with an updated movement that sets itself!  Quality, long lasting clock movement runs on a single AA size battery. This model will work with dials up to 1/4" thick.  Total shaft length is 11/16", shaft diameter is 5/16" inch, case size is 2 9/16" high x 2 3/16" wide x 3/4" depth. HAND LENGTH IS DETERMINED BY MEASURING THE MINUTE HAND FROM THE CENTER HOLE OUT TO THE TIP. Black second hand is also available by request as a substitute for the red second hand.
