I purchased numerous of these over the years - I make sure they run well prior to listing. I ran this one for two weeks and it did not stop. You do need to make sure that the center whell is balanced with the rod coming down in the center. The crome is in what I would call a 9.5 out of 10. There are a few scrapes but minor compared to what I have seen. There is a brass plaque that will need to be removed. I have decided to leave it for the purchaser to do.
