Antique Vintage S Trademark Seikosha Wall Clock ~ w/ Key & Pendulum ~ For Parts, Repairs, Restoration Project

The wooden case is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or scratches (other than some scratches on the back wooden piece that would have hung against the wall. There is a crack in the glass but you cannot see it from the outside (photo 17). The clock does not work. It does not keep time or tick. I cannot wind up the right hole on the face (I think it's wound to tight). I can wind the hole on the left. The only thing that works is when I manually move the minute hand it does chime/ding around the 2 o'clock position (see video)

photo 21 is a little brass piece on the back bottom of the clock. I don't know what it translates to. 

Measures 21" x 10" x 6". Weighs 8 pounds 9 ounces.
