Shows age, wear, patina, dings and scratches. I do not have the key, and it is being sold without a key. The item is untested and may need some work. The Bell did ding when I moved the hand to the hour and half hour. There's a top small metal piece that is loose, but still attached. Very heavy cast iron base with painted cast metal figures. Appears to be a vintage item, possibly restored. Sold as is, just as described without any guarantees.
