ANTIQUE Vintage Ceramic Blue Gold-Accent Table Lamp w/ Working

Photos show everything. Not sure the age, I am guessing 1940s, possibly 1950s, but it looks like it is quite old, based on the clock face. I just don't know exactly when this was made. It is a beautiful ceramic base lamp, with an ALCOR light socket. I don't know if this is considered porcelain enamel? I'm going to refer to it as "ceramic". You can see the beautiful color combination. Baby blue with gold accents. I do not know what the gold actually consists of. But I do know it is beautiful and, there are no cracks and no chips in the ceramic. You can see in photo number two that the lamp actually works with a light bulb (not included). And, the clock works, as well. When I plugged it in, I did not think it ran, however, after about 2 minutes I heard a sound and I looked and the clock was working. I am assuming it keeps good time, it seemed to keep good time while I was taking photos. I can't guarantee that it keeps perfect time (I didn't keep it running).  I do not know just how accurate it is. You can see the glass ball finial
