Clock runs for a short while then stops. Chime side won't wind up, it just springs back. This would be great for someone who knows how to work on this for full restoration. Parts appear to all be there. Over the last 100 years people had made a couple of fixes using wire. This charming Seth Thomas beehive clock, Model # 89, is a vintage piece from the early 20th century, specifically from 1920. It features a unique pyramid shape with a beautiful mahogany finish and measures 10.5 inches in height and 8.5 inches in width. The clock is powered by a wound spring and has an analog display type with Arabic numerals. Please feel free to ask any questions! In addition to its aesthetic appeal, this clock also comes with a key and pendulum. The moving parts include a chime sequence of Westminster chimes, making it perfect for any room in the house. This original, antique piece is a great addition to any clock collection.
