Antique Seth Thomas Bedroom Dressing Table Clock w/Alarm for Repair

This adorable Seth Thomas wooden clock under 4" takes up little space with an alarm that does work, but the clock does not.  Sold as found condition, appears clean and in good shape.  The hands do not seem to glow in the dark.
