Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine 6 Pillar Mantle Clock Lions Head

Antique Seth Thomas(I think) Adamantine 6 Pillar Mantle Clock with an E. J. Swigart replacement dial in good condition. Please look at the pictures, I do not know a lot about clocks. No key if there was one originally, marked ST inside a diamond on the inners of the clock. The glass cover comes completely off and not sure if that is by design or not, some fading/loss of paint on the face. When the pendulum is attached the clock will tick forever, other than that I am saying the clock does not work...but really not sure. Some wear or grime, maybe wax on the top of the clock, should clean up but I did not want to cause anymore damage so I left it alone. Beautiful old clock needs a little love.
