Antique Prentiss Clock Improvement Co. 60+-Day "Mill Gallery"

Rather difficult to find antique Prentiss Clock Improvement Co. New York "Mill Gallery" 60 plus day Wall Clock. 12 1/4“paper on metal dial, looks original. Two small screws at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions hold it to the movement, which is attached to the back wall of the case by screws.   The pendulum bob appears to be concrete and am unsure if it is original to the clock.  It is the correct length, however, as the clock keeps excellent time. The original heavy, signed time only movement has two massive springs that wind from a single arbor. The plates are 8" x 7 1/2" at the widest. Although the 1 1/4" wide springs are heavy and strong, they are wound with an offset gear which allows winding with minimal effort. With the first wind, it ran continuously for 72 days. Given that the movement hasn’t been serviced recently and I have not oiled it, it may actually be a 90 day model. Comes with a #6 crank key. Measures: 18" x 18" x 7" deep.  The box jointed case is in very good condition and was nicely refinished some time ago, with a single small separation that is stable - located on the left lower corner (see photo).
