Antique Newman’s Watchman’s Time Controller Hubbell Style

Antique Newman’s Watchman’s Time Controller Hubbell Style Marine Lever Clock. Not working and sold for parts or repair. Not sure if it’s complete. Including a key. Hands not attached, couple of screw holes stripped so the movement needs reattaching. Case shows considerable including some scratches and splits. Measures about 9 7/8” x 9 7/8” x 4 1/8” not including bezel or other protruding parts. Please view all twelve photos to help judge condition.
