Antique Mission Arts and Crafts Copper Over Wood w/ Brass Mantle Clock

This was my late husband’s clock. It isn’t keeping time, but I know nothing about clocks and keys and winding so I’m leaving it as is. The arms are an iridescent blue and there is a dimple on the clear face cover. It looks hand stamped and shows nice patina. I think the adornments are brass though I’m no metal expert. Square copper rivets complete the face and attach the copper sheet to the wood body. It’s very folksy and the craftsmanship is super neat. It’s 9 3/4 tall and 5 3/4 wide. I don’t see any identifying info.
