ANTIQUE and SCARCE GALTEN PRODUCTS METAL WALLCLOCK with LITHOGRAPH GRAPHICS of a DUTCH GIRL and BOY.  This piece measures 9 1/8" high by 7 1/4" wide, and has GREAT COLOR and MOVABLE WINDMILL.  The LITHOGRAPH PAINT is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.  The PIECE BUZZES when plugged in but the ARMS and WINDMILL do not go around and need a bit of tweaking. It was made in the U.S.A. and found at a MASSIVE ANTIQUE ESTATE SALE.  So charming.  Shipping, packing and tracking is a flat rate of $12.95 in the United States.
