Antique Gilbert Banjo Time Wall Clock w/ Eagle Wind Up

tOffering this Gilbert Banjo style wall clock.  Approx 22 1/2" long and 7 1/2" at widest point.  Stamped 'Made In USA 3707' on wood backside.  Does not work, wind up does turn, clock arms do move when knob is used. Eagle figure is a bit loose, general age and wear to surface...see pics.  Good project piece or decoration piece. Please Note
