This listing is for a gorgeous antique French mantel clock
The clock features a classical napoleon style case made from ebonized wood. The casing has 4 pillars and a curved muffler
The 8 day time/strike movement is stamped “japy freres.” It is nicely complimented by a porcelain dial and brass bezel.
The clock measures 12.75 x 5.2 x 11.75 inches.
The clock appears to be in overall good condition. Colors are still vibrant. Some signs of normal wear and age present, such as some minor scratches on the porcelain dial
Movement was last serviced in 2019. It ran and chimed when recently tested
