UP FOR AUCTION: FRENCH MARBLE AND GILT-METAL SHELF CLOCK, eight-day brass movement with count wheel, bell chime, housed in a cylindrical case, set in white marble/travertine stand has four columns supporting a rectangular plateau with applied decoration, all on a plinth base with applied floral garland decoration.Old repair on marble,see picture. . MATERIALS: Marble case, Porcelain Roman numeral face, Original movement ,  Signed  VINCENT & CIE, MEDAILLE D'ARGENT Key and pendulum present.   height =  15.75 inches width = 9 inches depth = 3.75 inches The movement works perfectly fine. It chimes beautifully every half and full hour and keep time. It has been checked and cleaned by a professional clockmaker.
