This is really an exceptional Waterbury Regulator No. 60 hanging jeweler's regulator clock.  This style of clock was developed to be used in retail stores, especially jewelry stores.  Waterbury Clock Co., Waterbury, Conn., "Regulator No. 60"  hanging jeweler's regulator in oak case, white enamel dial with sweep second hand.  Fine Swiss, 8 day, time only, weight driven movement with pinwheel escapement and lyre gridiron pendulum.   Overall 79 high, 21 wide, and 10 deep.   As with all our clocks this piece has been professionally serviced and is in good running condition.  Email any day (see email address above---I normally check email several times each day) for any questions you may have.
