Comes with Pendulum and Key Ebonized Antoine Redier Perpetual Calendar Shelf Clock. An ebonized wood case with a painted metal backboard having gilt highlights behind a sliding glass panel, 5 in. porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals and trefoil hands; brass 30 day spring driven time only movement signed with monogram "A.R." for Antoine Redier. Has a lower perpetual calendar mechanism with 2 original rotating cylinders having original labels displaying the days of the week over the month, between displays the date having a paper tape winding between 2 reels which is "rewound" on the left side of the case. In good condition, original finish, time and calendar mechanisms are running and has original full multi lingual instructions label on the backboard. 17 in. high x 11 in. wide x 5.25 in. deep
