Antique Working SETH THOMAS Mahogany Dome Top 8 Day 'Time & Strike'

Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 1920's SETH THOMAS '8 Day' Mahogany Round Dome Top Mantel Shelf Clock, made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company Thomaston Conn. USA. It has a Footed Mahogany Beehive Dome Top Case with Brass Feet.  The Dial is the Original Celluloid Dial with Arabic Numerals, Signed "Seth Thomas" and "Manufactured in the United States of America". It has a Seth Thomas # 89C Round Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement with Both Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime and Nickel Bell Chime, That Strikes Correctly. The Movement is Very Clean, and is signed "ST Made in USA America 89C". There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Pendulum. The Clock measures approx. 12 3/4" Tall x 9" Wide x 5" Deep. The Clock is in Working Condition and Winds and Sets and Strikes Correctly! It has Not Been Serviced, Sold As Found!
