This is a Rare Antique Working 19th Century NEWMAN'S WATCHMAN Mechanical Wind-Up Commercial Industrial 'Watchman' Punch Clock Regulator Wall Clock , made by the Newmans Watchman Clock Company USA, Circa 1880 (Rare Early Pre Detex Company). This Has a Beautiful Walnut Wood Case with Classic Vienna Regulator Style Design, and Reverse Painted Glass "Newman's Watchman" Door Tablet. This Has an 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up "Time Only" Regulator Movement, Most Likely Made by E.N. Welch. This Has The Original Watchman Movement with Brass Punch Clock Button on the Side of the Clock. The Dial is the Original Painted Tin Dial with Roman Numerals. This includes the Original Adjustable Heavy Brass Bob Regulator Pendulum, and a Winding Key. The Clock is Large and measures approx. 32" Tall x 13 1/4" Wide x 5 3/4" Deep. This is in Good Original Condition with Normal Wear From Age, Overall Very Nice, As Pictured!!! I Wound the Clock Up and it is in Working Condition, But Has Not Been Serviced or Tested long Term, Sold As Found! This is Very Rare!!!
