Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 19th Century 'Nine O'Clock Washing-Tea ' Promotional Commercial Advertising Regulator Wall Clock , made by the E. Ingraham Clock Company Bristol Conn USA, Circa 1890. This Has an Ornate Carved Oak Wood Case with Octagon Top with Short Drop, with the Original "Regulator" Reverse Painted Glass Lower Tablet. This Has an Ingraham 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up "Time Only" Regulator Movement, in Good Working Order, Signed "E. Ingraham & Co. Bristol Conn". The Dial is the Original Paper Over Tin "Nine O'Clock Washing-Tea" Advertising Dial, With Roman Numerals . This includes The Original Fancy Gilt Adjustable Regulator Pendulum, and a Winding Key. This is in Working Condition, But Has Not Been Serviced or Tested Long Term, Sold As Found. This is in Overall Good Original Condition with Normal Wear From Age, and a Great Aged Patina! It Measures approx. 25" Tall x 17 1/4" Wide x 4 1/2" Deep. This is Very Rare!!! These Were Only Available to Commercial Stores That Sold "Nine O'Clock Washing-Tea Soap Products".
