It has solid brass built 8 day time only movement, powered by a single weight. The case is made of solid hardwood in beautiful mahogany finish. You can see the long pendulum swinging behind the painted glass panel. The complete clock measures 29" tall. It's in excellent condition. This clock is made faithfully to the original 1885 E.
