We emailed photos directly to the frame. We also had great video visits through this frame It's Awesome!! *Only used for approximately 1 month *Comes in original box (has a few small tears on opening ends **There are a couple of marks on the screen in one place....I'm not sure what they are.  Does not interfere with display . *Tried to show in photo** very upclose Up close looks worse than how it looks at normal view. I didn't know there was anything there while watching pictures or chatting. *There are some very brief instructions written on a sticky note on the back. You can remove it . *I paid $238.00  Selling for much less due to marks onscreen.
