That being said they do not get used very much at all. Some kits may never get any use. I was lucky to have some of these kits fall in my lap from a recent purchase. (Except for scratches and wear on outter hard plastic organization case) This listing includes....TTY Modem by Ultratec (Minicom IV), Clarity AlertMaster AL10 Visual Alert System, Clarity Telephone Amplifier HA40, Clarity BedShaker, Gentex Photoelectric Type Smoke Alarm with Visible Notification, Door Knocker Transmitter ATXS, all the paper work seen in photo, sign seen in photo, and plastic hard case.
