With 3 pins base,single pole,1 light,terminal number is 3,this constant rocker switch is perfect for your boat.There are three terminals on the back of the switch. One of them is connected to the +12V input from the battery. One of them is connected to the device that you wish to power (a light, pump, etc.). The third must be connected to ground (negative side of the battery) for the LED to work.
