Super nice 10.5" Chevy Dog Dish hubcap. Great shine.  Very nice paint details.  On pry mark at the edge where it meets the wheel.  No dents on the face.   I have a feeling this spent a very short amount of time on a car before somebody switched to wheel covers or bought some fancy wheels.
